The reference 1806 is one of the more unusual variations of the vintage Rolex Day-Date. Its defining feature is the finely engraved Florentine pattern, applied to the bezel, case and lugs. This elaborate finish continues onto the matching 18k yellow gold brick-link bracelet, creating a particularly elegant and distinctive appearance.

What makes this example especially interesting is its extremely rare black sunburst dial with subtle brown undertones and diamond-set hour markers. Depending on the light, the dial reveals a beautiful warm brown glow beneath its deep black surface, creating a fascinating contrast with the yellow gold case and bracelet.
